Catharine Ann Thorley

Governess at Down House, 1850–6. Daughter of Elizabeth Mary and John Thorley, a solicitor of Tarporley, Cheshire, and sister of Emily Maria Thorley. Present at Anne Elizabeth Darwin’s death in Malvern in 1851.
